Thanks to everyone who's helped me with bowel cleansing ideas. I've been taking psyllium and have been "going" regularly. I don't know how much "deep cleaning" I'm doing, but at least things are moving steadily as I do the Humaworm. No more headaches. BMs several times a day. Unfortunately, I still don't feel "cleaned out," but that will come in time.

My husband is taking the clay + psyllium "shakes" while on the Humaworm - he's been doing a couple a day. I forget what kind of clay we have...it is light brown in color. Anyway, after only a few days, he's seen the stuff that looks not like his normal BM come out - it floats, it resembles something curly and tortuous, like the insides of intestines, and it's kind of gray. He's never seen anything like it before. I'm kind of jealous that it's coming out of him so easily, but I'm guessing part of that is the clay. I'm not adding in the clay for myself until I'm done with the Humaworm. Now that he's seen some, he just wants it all out.

I'm so glad we have a lemon tree with a steady supply of lemons here in the southwestern U.S. I love warm lemon water.
