I did the Epsom Salts in capsules for my 2-4 doses of my last flush because I did not have enough juice and there are no stores open late here. It took about 14 of the next to largest size but I only take half a dose because I am so sensitive to magnesium and did not have any use for fecal pyrotechnics. It worked fine and I plan to purchase some of the larger 00 sized capsules for my next flush. And here's the kicker...I passed stones all that day until 8pm that evening. I had a highish fat meal for my first meal post flush and the next day produced another 8 - 10 stones. YAY. This was my first successful flush but my third altogether.
