Thanks for all the avocado suggestions...can't wait to try! Another quick question: I'm on a low carb/low Sugar diet due to eczema/possible candida link but I LOVE rice and bread. Can anyone recommend a yeast-free sugarless bread? I'm currently eating rye bread (no yeast, added sugar, or perservatives). I hear spelt and ekziekel bread are wonderful but the ingredients contain yeast...are these yeast ok or should I stay away from them? Any thoughts or recommendations?
