The Epsom Salts in capsules is a great idea for people who have extremely sensitive taste buds. I don't have that problem but my wife does, and that technique would make it possible for her to do the flush, where she would not otherwise be able to.

I would still like to get some answers to my questions about the herbs and the net though, please.
