Can anyone here give feedback on using HBOT for a shoulder injury?  I have a shoulder that has been causing a lot of pain for several months.  I have done chiropractic care and Myofascial release physical therapy.  It seems to help some for a while, but then the pain returns.  I am also very limited in what I can do with that hand/arm.  We got a hyperbaric chamber to use with my son a few weeks ago.  I have used it maybe 8 times to see if that will help.  Like other therapies it seems to help a bit but not for very long.  Does anyone know what "protocol" would be recommended for using HBOT for a shoulder injury [how many times a day & for how long each session etc.]?  Also, would it be advisable to sit in an ozonated sauna before doing HBOT?  Lastly [although this is not the right forum for this] what about using an infared heater on the shoulder?  I have not done this to this point because I don't want to increase inflammation which heat usually does, but then I wonder if there is enough theraputic benefit to combat that.

Any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ginny
