By the way, Hannah is a nickname of a friend of mine who got me started on cleansing by suggesting Dr. Clarks book to me. She has been instrumental in my quest for health. I basically had a breakdown in her living room and she taught me reiki, we did the book "The Artist's Way" together which is stellar at removing mental and emotional blocks to creativity as well as moving through past trauma. As a matter of fact, I will need to call her and thank her again. I was so depressed when I had the breakdown and my family either did not see it or did not want to see it or couldn't deal with it or something. If she had not helped me, I would most likely have killed myself before now. I was having suicidal urges to drive into oncoming traffic every time I saw a semi or log truck coming the other way. I think the only thing that stopped me was not wanting to put the innocent driver through the trauma of the whole thing.

Now for further results. As late as 8pm last night, I was still passing the odd stone and this morning, I am still having watery stool (just "water", nothing else) though I passed a lot of chaff into the late evening last night.

More good new, my mother is going to do a cleanse. She was here last night when I passed the last lone little stone, so I showed it to her. She has had the ingredients for days, but keeps putting it off. Hopefully, she will complete one soon.
