Hi,

Has anyone gotten huge canker sores during a cleansing protocol? I got one a few weeks ago after beginning Oil Pulling -- on the bottom of my tongue, about an inch long and half an inch wide and extremely painful -- and I wonder if this is something anyone else might have knowledge about. I was using olive and oregano oils.
