aye, it's under the marked "biopsy scar", or rather the whole darn area there. suprisingly hard to see in this pics.. anyway..

and aye, i do have a hard roughish thingy inside the blob as well. I agree with your doc that it's most probably a saliva build up, and probably should heal itself (unless it forms a mucucelle).. Though in my case atleast, it didnt :3

It's been...about half a year since i had the biopsy that caused it.
