I am doing colonis right now as well and I must say that I have used 2 other products but I am really seeing a difference with this one. You are right you could probably get the tincture according to Clark but honestly I dont have the time to find each ingredient individually and then combine. be patient! I am now startign week 3 and did a Liver Flush last night and seeing real results!
