Each morning, I take 1T of olive oil, to which I add 4 drops of Barefoot's oregano oil and 6 drops of olive leaf tincture. After work each day, I take 1T of coconut oil. At bed time each evening, I take 1T of Udon's Choice omegas, again with the oregano and olive leaf.

As for how long it took? I've only been on this trek this year. I was out to rid myself of blackheads, but to cure my liver. This was a pleasant "footnote." The blackheads have been gone for months and months tho.

The important thing in the skin thing to me, what we see on the outside is a visual of the problems inside. I had organs with black stuff stuck in their pores and were drying out like an aligator. My pretty skin if for others to see, my organs are my life force.
