Thanks so much for your encouragement. My hubby does not really have caffeine in his diet besides the odd cup of black tea (2 per week). His diet consists of pretty healthy, fruits, vegetables with some meat and raw dairy. He is a little addicted to sugars and will sometimes consume a whole bag of sour patch candy.

I think this may have been super fast detox. He also suffers with sinus and allergy issues, so very encouraging to hear that your sinus/allergy issues have cleared up.
