Hi Michelle, I know that you have said that you could'nt do a Liver Flush because of the Epsom Salts [magnesium sulphate], however I take a small quantity as a dietry suppliment for magnesium. Dr Clark's Liver Flush says to take very large doses [1 tablespoon x 4] to induce a liquid stool, but if 1 flat teaspoon doses are taken, dissolved in warm water, or sprinkled and stirred in porridge or something they don't have the same effect on the bowel, are more easily digested, and are a very cheap scource of magnesium. I could never take Magnesium pills, they make me feel sick all day. Just a thought. Love and Light, Deotima.
