i have a personal preference for the living multi from garden of life. i have used this product and found it to be of superior quality. its food based and very easily absorbed, if i had only one multi to take, it would be this one. the women's formula has plenty of iron in it. this is the 180 cap bottle, it also comes in a 90 cap bottle. check out the label, its very complete. its even got probiotics and trace minerals.
