Myself and my husband did a flush last Friday/Saturday. This was my third flush and his first. We followed the Hulda Clark protocol. By 6pm (first dose of ES) my husband had a terrible headache which just got worse as the night progressed to the point that he was crying out in pain (not at all like him). He has always experienced this headache on the first day of Mastercleanse but I thought he wouldn't with the Liver-Flush since he did have fruit up until 2pm. He also stayed pretty well hydrated for the afternoon. I had him drink some water between ES 1 and 2 and take an Emergen-C between ES2 and OOGF mix. None of this helped. In the end the only thing that gave him any relief was massaging of the point at the base of his thumb in the soft part of the palm - a total lifesaver according to him.

The rest of the flush wen well, both slept well and woke at 7:30am. ES 3 at 7:30 and 2 pints of salt water at 9:30 pm.

Results; My husband had about 70 pea sized green stones, some chaff and about 5-10 1-1.5cm green stones. I had lots of chaff and about 80 pea sized green stones, 1 1cm tan stone and 1 1am black stone.

My question; Any ideas on why this headache is occuring? Any suggestions?

Thanks to everyone on this forum, I've been lurking in the background for the last year and am finally getting started.
