when this problem first started for me the first doctor i saw recommended this to me for 2 monthes and i tried it. i did see improvement but i think i was using it wrong becuase i would still pick and bite while using it. I believe it can work if you use it but dont pick/bite. Although i think that you can get the same affect from using just plain water.
