I'm pretty shy so haven't added anything here but I am an ardent reader of the posts. I just had to share something
neat today. I was at the grocery store and ran into a friend who was raving how good I looked. She asked what I
was doing..I'm not sure I'm ready to tell her but she is right, this old lady looks better than in years. I haven't seen
my friend since before any of my flushes. I've done four now and with everyone I do look better. So hats off to all
of us that have the guts to try this. It works and is a healthy thing to do for our bodies. When we are healthy we
look better. So this is a beauty treatment as well as just a healthy thing for our general health.

A regular Marilyn Monroe in the making...but just call me Loretta for now.
