Hi Silver Fox,

Thank you for answering my post. I am familiar with Dr. Sherry Roger's books. I have her "Pain Free in 6 Weeks" book and on her recommendation, I bought my Far Infrared Sauna . Only problem with it is that I started losing too many electrolytes (magnesium most notably) so I stopped using it. Even though I take a ton of supplements, I am not sure I have enough reserves to handle that kind of intense detox.
