For a number of years, I did pet therapy at my local hospital.
I stopped specifically for one reason ~~ an epidemic of staph and
anti-biotic-resistant bacterial infections. I just did not feel
it was worth the risk anymore. I stay as far away from hospitals
as possible. Staph is one of their *dirty little secrets*...
and this came to me from hospital personnel. Using elevators is
even a risk factor...
