Hi Lovekey!

You did not mention taking the Epsom Salt. This is an extremely important part of the flush. Also, the timing is very important. Dr. Clark says to stop eating and drinking at 2:00 pm, take 4 doses of the Epsom Salt and the Olive-Oil mixture is to be taken at a certain time, going to bed within 5 minutes of taking it.
