MH, a question about this procedure to aid a cold/cough. Lets say I follow your epsom, lemon, hot soak, off to bed procedure just as you describe BUT I make one and only one change - an addition of the 15 minutes cold water on the bottom "sitz bath" style.


Will this addition of the 15 minutes cold water on the bottom aid, impede, or have no affect on this overall effort (epsom, hot lemon, soak, bed) to get rid of the cold / cough?
