Ok, I started yesterday at 7PM ,Olive Oil and juice from one Lemon..
yuk... went to bed at 12:30 AM started feeling all kinds of movements around the GB area and Liver very little pain none to speak of really just discomfort I fell asleep woke up around 8:AM
and BOY was I Nauseous did not want to move at all, got up and immediately had to go to the bathroom I saw nothing and I will not give up ; ).. Had fresh Green Apple Juice felt better, will start the second Flush today. Keep you posted..........Hope this is all worth it..........
