Hi hkp

I no longer liver flush. Just don't need to. *IF* I had known about A/A ph balancing before I did all the flushing, I would have definately incorporated a remineralising protocol.

There is no such thing as good and bad - more about more or less efficient. Full moon is a time of absorbtion, new moon is a time of release. It makes sense to not flush too near the full moon as it *may* recirculate the toxic waste from the flush and make it harder to release. However, some have had good flushes around the full moon (each full moon is different, so it is not always a hard and fast rule)

Around New moon is generally the best, I timed many flushes around that time.

Of interesting note, whenever I did enemas/colonics around the full moon, I often absorbed most of the water and then felt bloated. So I have some experiences that support the moon phase theories.

As to feeling up/balanced, I do feel that 95% of the time as a consistent state. The alkalizing protocol really helps, but more importantly is to recognise emotional states (such as anger, fear, resentment, guilt etc.) that need to be worked on and released. Physical health follows emotional/mental health, so it makes sense to start with the emotions/mentality.

Best wishes
Maya
