Hello,

You should have specified at the beginning what form of kelp you are taking, like tablets or capsules or powder etc. Invicible made an assumption and if you were to take the tablets instead of the powder, the amount might be somewhat off the track cause a teaspoon or tablespoon of kelp powder might not translate well in the amounts of kelp found in tablets. Make sure you specify. It's like a detective work.
