Thank you for taking the time to figure that out for me. Your recommendations feel right. I am wondering a few things though.

I have been taking the kelp in tablet form and capsule form. I have not even tried the powder- the whole foods market didnt have any. I could order some from somewhere, do you think it matters?

I was going to do a liver flush the night before starting the MC. I scheduled the flush for this tuesday night- avoiding the full moon by 2 days. Do you suppose waiting until after the cleanse would be better? I have only done one flush before and that was this summer.
