Just remember to pray over your food and everything you put in your mouth / body.  When you believe in Jesus and His promises then you will not need to worry constantly or be in fear so much.  Things are going to happen, the Bible tells us so.  But Jesus also said time and time again not to worry but to have faith in Him and trust Him.  He does not want us going about this world full of fear and worry.  He wants us to be full of love and peace and joy, trusting Him.  Make sure you read your Bible daily for as much time as you can and keep praying.  I pray that you will be made perfect in Christ's love so that there will be no fear in you.  I pray this over myself as well, we all need to be reminded that God is in control and HE knows exactly what He's doing.  I thank God that HE is God.  Amen....c
