You may answer this question for yourself by adjusting the amount of Lime water up to higher levels for a week or so and Lower the levels used for a week and see the different Results you feel !

You are different than everyone else, so find out what Levels of Lime water may work Best for your body !

The more Junk foods you choose to eat, this may require more Lime water to try to offset thise problems of too much Acids being produced !

It is always easiest to learn to "STOP" eating those foods which may be Causing you your problems, than it may be to try and Neutralize the Bad effects from Junk food eating !
