Very nice write up~~

I would like to share an alternative to the baking soda.

I use a teaspoon of liquid Bentonite in a small amount
of water to swish out my mouth after first rinsing out
the oil. I like to think that the Bentonite is absorbing
some of the toxins that have been drawn out by the oil-pulling.
