Thanks very much for that - I'm now on my third day and perservering, no headache until this evening but then I realised I wasn't drinking enough, so have started slurping! I already take a magnesium supplement but think I will up the dose a bit for these first few days, after your suggestion. Hopefully these solutions will work - if not, I'll be sure to look out white elm bark, Thanks again!
