My own experience certainly proves this to be true.....
My wife tried JUST the Kelp for only a few days and the end result was
headaches and general malaise.

Speaking of balance though.....Wouldn`t MagSulphate baths imbalance one`s Calcium status unless one was to take even more Calcium at the time of the bath. I am assuming
of course that this Magnesium is absorbed into the body....
