I can attest to that. Just read one of my previous posts where I experienced a weird side effects by taking the alkalizing drink without pickling lime water for a while, keeping taking the same amounts of kelp, but after the introduction of lime water, the problem rectified. Guess the amount of calcium found in the tablespoon of blackstrap molasses is not enough to compensate for the amount of kelp I'm taking with.
