Here are some of Jack Lalanne's cooked chicken recipe's that is right from his website. Yummy cooked glazed chicken cooked in a 350 degree oven. Eating cooked chicken is healthy. Even Jack Lalanne says so. I eat cooked chicken and it taste good and I am thin and in shape. I have never been overweight. I eat the same foods as Jack Lalanne. So if you people want to be healthy, then eat what Jack Lalanne eats. He is healthy, and has the energy of a 21 year old boy. He is an AMAZING man.
