Does Poiling make you feel better? Do your mouth and teeth feel cleaner after? Do you like the sensation? Maybe those are more important considerations than if the oil changes colors and gets foamy.
I have been poiling for 3 weeks, the oil never gets foamy but it does certainly change consistency. Anything sloshing around in the mouth, mixing with saliva should invariably change consistency.
All I know is it makes me feel great. I love what it is doing for my oral health and I can only imagine it is doing great things for the rest of me as well. Maybe poiling is just not for you.
btw I know its oil pulling, I just prefer calling it poiling.
