I wonder what plant psyllium comes from. And, what other foods may be similar.

I like that you are aware that we must ask questions about growing conditions, etc.

Another question I find myself asking is whether or not a food has been irradiated.

I've been told that this may be done when food crosses borders...I'm not sure who dictates this.

It seems we have to know everyone's job, don't we?
