I have been dealing with incontinence for a solid year now.
Nothing I did worked. I tried Kegel and estrogen. The Vagifem
helped, but not that much.

Then I found out I had a Hiatal Hernia and looked here on curezone for a cure.
Someone under the Hernia Forum posted a letter about Visceral Manipulation which cured him in seconds.
I had it done by my Chiropractor, and it not only cured my Hernia, but also cured my incontinence. In seconds. I am posting this here because it might be worth a try.
It is inexpensive and quick. You will know immediately if it works.

I am not promising this will help everyone's incontinence, as everyone is different,
but it is inexpensive and worth a try.

Call chiropractors and see if any of them know how to do this. They don't all know about this technique.
