He lives in the West Indies still. All meat is cooked but not fried, most are stewed. I found that interesting since frying generates more toxins than other cooking methods, except for grilling. All vegetables are eaten raw. Out in the country where he lives fruits are in abundant supply, esp. mangoes, avocado and orannges.
