Another think I have learned over the years of this awful cures of smelling bad, is that it is like my body telling me to 'get out of here'. So now, whenever I smell, I listen. I take heed and start thinking about the situations where I DON'T smell and then build on them, for employment, social, friends, whatever. I listen to my body.
