I actually purchased a whole bunch of Kenrico pads (touted to be some of the best quality) from http://www.healthmarvels.net.  I've tried the Green, Blue and Gold ones so far and have noticed little to no changes after having gone through about 40-50 of them. At first, I was surprised to find that they would get to be a dirty brown color when I took them off in the morning (I usually put them on before I sleep and them on for about 8 hours), but then I did a little investigating and a couple of clean unused pads in water to find that they turn the same color just by themselves due to the natural color of the ingredients... like the Green pads always come out a lighter brown (same in water), and the gold's always turn out a dark brown (again, same thing in water). So even though they look like they are doing something, it is very deceiving. Needless to say they are quite costly to maintain, and I will not be purchasing more in the future!  If they do draw toxins at all, I wouldn't imagine them to be very effective. I would recommend Oil Pulling however, as a cheaper and more effective alternative. Now with OP, I definitely have been noticing benefits, whereas with the detox pads I have seen little results!
