i know exactly what you are talking about. i have let a ton of friendships go because i could not maintain them. couldnt maintain a job either.

you need to get with the program and do distilled water only, get your liver squared away, your body hydrated, and do some orange juice fasting. you are overdosed on calcium, for one thing.

have you tried a salt water flush? man does that ever feel good.

use distilled water and redmond real salt, and double the amount of salt the recipe calls for.
