Oboeman, as to the statement "show me the studies", that is a very easy thing to do. Just go to pubmed.gov and enter "mangosteen" in the search box. Be prepared for a long session however: there are many studies to peruse. As to your question "does it work for every person?": of course not. But then neither does chemo or open heart surgery.
