For information only:

For many years, I have bathed in minimal quantities of water, because of the problems with plumbing systems. Nowadays, I only bathe with distilled water, warmed in stainless steel pans. I do not immerse myself, but bathe with hands, soap and damp cloth. This I have done for over 30 years, with no loss of hygene, or unpleasant odor. My hair is kept at a very short length, to ease hair washing.
