I so much want to learn how to meditate. I've been reading a lot about it lately. I live in a small house with two incredibly noisy boys (not to mention, two very nosey cats). I also live in a very noisy city....

Gotta find a place to go learn how to do this. Anyone have any suggestions about different disciplines? I live next to Berkeley, CA...the meditation capital of the country. I'm sure I'd have many choices there....
