Some more questions...

1. No water 3 hrs before and after, is that right?. So I guess I can only drink water before lunch.

2. Can I eat my regular meals after having this in the morning? I usually eat at around 12.30 or so and then at around 6.30 pm (my meals include a bit of rice/grain and veggies usually). Morning is usually fruits for me so I guess I can skip that.
