we have pretty much dispelled that bit of info on the oil pulling forum. if youre concerned about reabsorbing, reload immediately after the first pull. do it as many times in a row as you want. i am pulling for two hours straight sometimes while on the road in traffic. when the oil gets thin, i do it again! i never felt better.
