And due to average people communicating with each other which has been the case for a long time now if people were being cured of serious diseases with "alternative" medicine the word would be spreading like wild fire. All the HIV/AIDS patients would be using the zapper etc. It would be on the news. No individual or organization could stop it. Fortunately most reasonably intelligent/educated people don't get sucked into quackery/cults.
