The system isn't perfect, the doctors will be the first to tell you that. I don't blame or hate pilots if I have a bad experience with the airline they are working for. Most of you have never worked on the inside of these organizations yet think you know why things aren't working as well as they should. Working to improve the system is good, defecting to the pro-quackery/snake oil side is foolish.
