I am not going to disagree with you one bit. The only thing that gets frustrating to me is that a lot of people in the "alternative" world try to simplify things way too much and blame one thing on illnesses or advocate a one size fits all cure all. I will be the first to admit that I am no expert when it comes to health issues. The one thing I do know is that the human body is very complex and different things affect people differently. A lot of times there is no easy answer unfortunately. You try to lead as healthy lifestyle as possible and try to come across the combination of things that will make you feel better.
