I was going to do my first Liver& GB Cleanse last night. I ate properly, stopped eating at 2PM and prepped for the 6PM Epsom Salt cocktail. As I started drinking it, I started to GAG. I tried a straw and holding my nose, but could not get over that initial gagging reflex. Unfortunately, I was unable to finish the cleanse.

Do any of you have ideas on making the Epsom Salts go down easier? Can I use something other than H2O without affecting the whole process?
