It sounds confusing the way I wrote it. I actually did the same as you I think; I took the Epsom Salts at 9:00 pm, then approximately an hour later I started taking the olive oil and lemon juice mixture. I think the next time I will wait just a little longer before I start the olive oil. I actually didn't wait a full hour after the E.S. and I just feel that it would be better to give the E.S. time to work before drinking the rest.
