You basically have to eat how your body tells you to. I do better eating simple cooked foods a few times a week and a lot of raw fruit and a big salad everyday. Other people need more protein. Other's do better eating a lot of broths/soups. Other can't eat ANY fruit. You can't pinpoint one diet that will fit the needs of 6 billion people.
