I want to start the Master Cleanser but due to a recent intake of medicine to heal an eye sight problem, I have had a lack of potassium and have been eating alot of bananas instead of taking complements. If I start the MC will I still be able to still eat bananas (I guess not since the principle is to give your digestive system a break)? Can I grind them maybe?

If not, how will I be able to meet my dose of potassium?
